Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was sent, with its original packaging, labels, manuals, and without having been used. Once we receive the product and check its condition we will proceed to make the payment of the same.
If the reason for the return is a change of size, keep the original packaging, labels ... and contact us at comercial@remolquesrodriguez.com. As soon as we receive the returned product we will send the new one.
Any exchange or return is at the customer's expense.
Delivery time
The delivery time will be between 2/10 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on the stock of the product.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase and delivery details.
If you have made the payment by bank transfer, the order will be available once the transfer is confirmed.
